created an initial design for the CD covers, then replicated it for the different CDs using colour coding for each subject.

corresponding information cards were also created detailing the contents of each CD.

everything was pulled together inside an A4 zipped conference folder, with the outer embossed with various logos, and with special pockets for each CD and card insert, and extra pockets for other materials.

we were also responsible for collating all the data from a variety of different sources and arranged the CD burning and fulfilment.

these folders have been delivered to the European Commission; to key stakeholders within ECC and other emergency planning teams within the UK; and to other interested parties in Europe and as far away as New Zealand.
